• 35K yearly annual volume, about 1.9 per hour
• 22 private treatment rooms
• 3 behavioral health rooms
• 2 resuscitation bays
• Hospitalist Service
• 24/7 GS & OS coverage
• 24/7 in-house CT tech with nighthawk radiology interpretation on after hours CT studies
• Cardiology service with 24 hour cath lab
• Urologist in the community
• Transfers sent to Anchorage or Seattle
• Under 1% of patients seen in the ED are transferred
• Admissions approximately 12-15%

Coverage
• 19 hours daily of Midlevel coverage
• 8, 10, and 11 hour MD shifts
